DESCRIPTION:November's luncheon will touch on  Hot Topics in Employment Law for 2017\, to include: (i) an update on the pending DOL and OSHA regulations\, together with suggestions for how to prepare for the implementation of those regulations if efforts to block them fail\; (ii) an explanation of OSHA's 2017 inspection priorities\; (iii) a discussion of the EEOC's Strategic Enforcement Priorities for 2017-2021\; and (iv) an explanation of the new posters that employers are required to post in their workplaces.
