DESCRIPTION:Free Community Workout - Bring a Friend!\n\nWhat to Expect: Each class is about 35-55 minutes. This time includes: instruction\, warm up\, the workout\, cool down and stretching. \n\nWhat to wear: Athletic gear i.e: athletic shoes w/socks\, workout shorts or yoga pants\, t-shirt/tank top (toe shoes and open-toed shoes are not recommended for safety reasons) \n\nWhat to bring: Bottle of water\, a towel (you will sweat) a good attitude\, and a note pad if you'd like to take notes.\n\nAt Viper CrossFit we coach members of all shapes\, sizes\, experience levels\, ages\, and gender. It doesn't matter what your current fitness level is\; we can teach you the methodology and functional movements used by high school\, collegiate\, professional\, and Olympic athletes. These varied and intense workouts will change your life. You will work closely with coaches/trainers to ensure you get the absolute best. We believe in a crawl\, walk\, jog\, run\, sprint model of instruction and application. This helps you build confidence in your abilities and stay safe. \n\nCrossFit isn't about how much weight you can throw around\, or how big your biceps are\; CrossFit is a community. A community that encourages one another to perform to the best of their abilities. A place where the athlete in all of us has a chance to shine and get stronger. A successful CrossFit athlete will attend at least 3/4 classes a week\, be open to trying new things\, dedicated to learning\, and willing to push themselves outside their comfort zone. They will demand the very best from their coaches and themselves. It is a very personal experience. We get results!
