Once a month (the first Sunday) between April and September\, the gates are opened from 2-5p and you are invited to take a drive down a dirt road into history.... \n\n\n\nLight snacks and water are provided.\n\nBring a snack to share\, a beverage (if you prefer something other than water) and hang out and meet the folks from Fun In Kyle (https://www.facebook.com/groups/FunInKyleTexas/).\n\n\n\nKnow someone who wants to bring a guitar and play? Let us know.\n\n\n\nDonations for the operating costs of the Log House are not expected\, but are always welcome.\n\n\n\nAnyone interested in making a contribution can make checks payable to the County of Hays\, marked for Claiborne Kyle House Log House Trust Fund.
