Senator Donna Campbell\, M.D. will be the guest speaker.  The meeting is at 2:30 PM at the Dunbar Community Center in San Marcos. It advocates improved benefits for current and retired public education employees and seeks to advance the well-being of its members through community involvement and legislative advocacy efforts.
