DESCRIPTION:Jason SwansonVCF Fitness Challenge- Open to all\nWednesday\, Jan. 15\, 2014 at 6:00 AM-\nWednesday\, Feb. 26\, 2014 at 7:00 PM\nBuda\, TX\n\nThe GOAL is to award a MINIMUM $1000 in Cash prizes! Ya gotta sign up for that to happen!\n You must enter to win!\n\n$65 to enroll. Top 3 GET PAID....everybody kicks ass!\n5-10 = $150 \n11-15 = $300\n16-22 = $500\n23-28 = $800\n29-35 = $1000\n36-42 = $1250\n43-55 = $1500\n56 and up = $2000\n\n*Athletes will have 6 weeks!*\n\nPoints are earned by:\n\n- PR increases (point per lbs increased)  Back Squat\, Snatch\, C&J\,      Deadlift\, Bench press \n\n% fat lost using Jackson-Pollock 3-point method (double points earned)\n- Inches lost (Double points earned - (4 point assessment - L thigh\, Hips\, Waist\, Chest)\n- Pounds lost (1 point per pound)\n\n\nWe will have a separate white board for this contest. We will track members progress. Fun times will be had! \n\nWe will begin initial assessments (Weight\, PR assessments and body fat analysis and measurements the first week of January. The goal is to have everyone ready to go by Jan 15 and finish Feb 26th. Athletes will be 'taped' for inches once during the first week and once more the last week. PR's\, Body fat caliper assessments\, and body weight can be tracked weekly on the board\, to illustrate progress\, if the athlete chooses.
